Privacy Policy

The one-sentence version: your invoice data — business details, client details, amounts, everything you type into the generator — never leaves your device. We don't have servers that receive it, store it, or see it.

1. What we collect (almost nothing)

PayMrBill does not require accounts, so we don't collect names, emails, or passwords. We don't ask for any personal information to use the invoice generator.

If you email us at hola@paymrbill.com, we receive whatever you include in that email and use it only to reply.

2. Your invoice data stays on your device

The invoice generator runs entirely in your web browser (client-side JavaScript). Calculations, the live preview, and PDF generation all happen locally on your computer or phone. No invoice content is transmitted to us or to any third party as part of using the tool.

3. Local storage (on your device only)

When you click "Save draft," the generator stores your form entries in your browser's local storage — a storage area on your own device, similar to how websites remember preferences. This data:

Never leaves your device and is never sent to us.
Can be deleted at any time with the "Clear" button in the generator or through your browser's site-data settings.
Is separate from cookies (see below) and is not used for tracking or advertising.

We also store a simple invoice-number counter in local storage so your invoice numbers stay sequential.

4. Cookies and advertising (Google AdSense / DoubleClick)

This site is supported by advertising and uses Google AdSense to display ads. Google's advertising systems use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites:

Google uses the DoubleClick cookie (including the DoubleClick DART cookie) to serve interest-based ads. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info.
These advertising cookies are set by Google and its partners, not by PayMrBill, and are governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Google's advertising technology policies.

Apart from advertising cookies set by our ad provider, PayMrBill itself does not set tracking cookies and does not use analytics that identify you personally.

5. Third-party libraries

The site loads the jsPDF library from a public CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) to generate PDFs in your browser. These CDNs may log standard technical information (such as your IP address) as part of delivering the file, per their own privacy policies. No invoice data is sent to them — the library runs locally after download.

6. Children's privacy

PayMrBill is a business tool not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version.
