By using PayMrBill ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. What the Service is
PayMrBill provides a free, client-side invoice document generator. You enter information, and the Service formats it into an invoice preview and a downloadable PDF. The Service is provided free of charge, with no account required.
2. Not professional advice (disclaimer)
PayMrBill does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice. The generator calculates exactly the numbers you enter — it does not verify that your tax rates, invoice format, or business practices comply with the laws of your jurisdiction. Invoice requirements (mandatory fields, sequential numbering, tax registration numbers, e-invoicing rules) vary by country and region. You are solely responsible for ensuring your invoices meet applicable legal requirements. When in doubt, consult a qualified accountant, tax advisor, or attorney.

3. Your responsibility for content
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter into the generator. Because all processing happens in your browser, we have no way to review, correct, or recover your invoices. Always double-check amounts, tax rates, and client details before sending an invoice.
4. Data storage
Drafts are stored only in your browser's local storage on your device. Clearing your browser data, using private/incognito mode without saving, or switching devices will make drafts unavailable. We cannot restore them. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful documents, and not to attempt to disrupt the Service. The Service is a formatting tool; any misuse of generated documents is your sole responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
The PayMrBill name, design, and site content (excluding the invoices you generate, which are yours) are our property. You may not copy the site's design or content wholesale. Invoices you create with the tool belong entirely to you — no watermark, no license strings attached.
7. No warranties
The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free calculations (always verify your numbers), or fitness for any particular legal purpose.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to tax penalties, late payments, or business losses resulting from invoice errors.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
